The on-site support service will be provided in the countries and regions where the customer requests service, and is limited to countries and regions that have the ability to provide the products and components purchased by the customer.

Please refer to the quotation for the specific service period. Online support services after this period will be determined according to the DEROLIFT service terms. If additional fees are required, DEROLIFT will notify the customer as soon as possible.
